It is no secret that photographing babies in bowls is the all the rage. With their limited mobility and crazy sleep patterns a cute bowl is the perfect photo prop. It keeps them contained and safe and still adds some personality and style to an image. When looking for a bowl to stage in a newborn shoot our photography studio always assesses the safety of the prop. We ensure it doesn't tip or wobble and baby fits safely inside. We look for safety first and style second. We also look for organic elements in color.
